Day of Wedding Coordination Package: $1100.00.
This package is perfect for those couples looking for a day of coordinator without the need for any on-site pre wedding day coordination. With all of my packages I will create a day of wedding timeline and connect with your vendors prior to your wedding day. With this package I arrive 3 hours before the start of your wedding and provide up to 8 hours of coverage. Some of the points I will assist with are as follows. Assist with décor set up, vendor placement, ensuring tables and chairs are in the correct place, making sure there are enough chairs in the ceremony space for guests, being the point of contact between your vendors, venue, and the wedding couple. I will also assist bride, groom and wedding party with getting ready, lining up the wedding party for ceremony and grand entrance, greeting and assisting guests as they enter, ensuring there are cake cutting utensils ready, having the brides bouquet ready for the bouquet toss, making sure parents are ready for the parents dances, tracking down cocktails for the bride & groom, troubleshoot any emergencies that might come up, and handle gratuity disbursement to your vendors. I provide unlimited email consultation & a phone or video consultation in the week leading up to your big day. Day of Wedding Coordination + Rehearsal Package: $1500.00
This package includes everything from the above package, but with the addition of up to 2 hours of rehearsal day coverage. Typical rehearsal days are on the Thursday before your Friday-Sunday wedding. Please consult with me in advance to ensure I have your rehearsal date available. Out of town weddings, please reach out to discuss travel fees.

Month of Wedding Coordination: $1900.00
The month of wedding package includes up to 8 hours of day of wedding coverage as well as 2 hours of rehearsal coverage. Additionally, I will provide a 1 hour pre wedding meeting at a local coffee shop to go over your vision and ensure we are on the same page. I will be available for vendor referrals, and introduce you to those vendors. I will work with you and your DJ/MC to create the proper flow for the evening. I will work as the point of contact for all of your hired vendors in the month leading up to your wedding date. I will also work with your wedding venue on table layout and vendor placement. This package is perfect for those busy brides who really want someone to take the stress off of their shoulders in the month leading up to your big day.

Rates based on local Phoenix area events, please inquire about travel fees for events out of the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Discounts may apply for weekday weddings and events.
